Alfred Adler saw getting along with oneself and accepting oneself as important. He stated that, the individual “relates to himself always according to his own interpretation of himself and of his present problem." He was concerned with how one accepted themselves, was at peace with themselves, respected themselves and judged themselves. Does the person love their physical body and are they good enough addresses this task of life.
