Dr. Jay Colker is currently a Senior Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Leadership and Applied Psychology at Adler University. Jay also manages a leadership and organizational development consulting practice under the name Crowdsourced Coaching. Jay was in the first cohort of students at Adler receiving a degree in the Masters in Counseling Psychology program in 1980. Jay also obtained an MBA and a Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership. Jay has had two distinct phases of his career: 20 years of clinical work and managing clinical facilities and 25 years of organizational development work as a consultant and as a senior human resources executive in a multi-billion-dollar corporation. Jay has also consulted internationally in the Republic of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Armenia, Israel, and India.
