In this Webinar, the wife of Albert Ellis, Debbie Joffe Ellis, who worked closely with Ellis in every aspect of their work in the last decade of his life, presents on the main principles of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), highlighting areas of similarity and difference between it and Adler's Individual Psychology. Dr. Ellis used feelings about the 2016 election as an example of how to examine thoughts and feelings within the REBT framework.
